01 Do you offer on-site client service support or just virtual assistance?

Work on-site for the contracted period is typically an option. However since Covid-19, most agreements have been for work a virtual arrangement. Our virtual service is popular and efficient for the professional or business that is more mobile and may have limited office space. In some cases, there are projects that are completed in a more efficient manner if performed in an office environment. In cases where the working team likely has to collaborate or have access to certain in-office resources, the arrangement will be accommodated. This is determined on a case by case basis and a client's remote capabilities.

02 Do virtual service agreements yield lesser costs than those performed in person or on location? ​

Yes in some cases, however there are multiple factors that determine service cost. Examples are the level of experience needed that may demand unique fees, the hourly cost a client is willing to pay could be a basis, along with any travel that might be involved, etc. The contract length may also vary from a two-month assignment, up to two years. A consultation to move forward with an agreement will layout specifics including your budget, type of services needed, billing and payment options.

03 Is there insurance protection with regards to data integrity, security and proprietary information?

Absolutely. Terms for your protection and KIMSOLV's; would be outlined accordingly with any confirmation of a full-service agreement/N.D.A. You are welcome to review and address any discrepancies in the agreement copy during the three day grace period and prior to signing the official and final contract agreement.

04 Does KIMSOLV offer any compensation or discounts for referrals?

Yes. There is a formula to determine and reward for referral of business. Support and trust from clients, friends, and future partners are always appreciated.

05 What are your office hours?
​
KIMSOLV is open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. EST.
(Eastern Standard Time). There are exceptions for special projects as we will make every effort to accommodate any unique circumstances.
